Also in the new year, my next Iskander series novel, The Wildcat’s Burden, should be ready for release. Gisel is still the protagonist and still a fighting wildcat, but she’s pregnant and thus slowed down a little. The action is as hot as ever because her enemies gather in the city of Skrona, where she is military governor.
